The client＇s ostensible and obvious depression come from a negligible puzzle, but in fact her puzzle reflected the deep seated anxiety. Because of some frustration during growing ,the client could not cope with stress in a wellbalanced manner. This case presented the whole counseling process, including how the counselor helps the client to explore herself, and summarized several key point that led to success.
