摘要
对比法广泛运用于项目后评价中,它是一种基本的也是一种非常重要的方法。本文通过对对比法的概念进行阐述,指出对比法在商业地产项目后评价中的作用及其不足,并举例进行了实证分析,通过实证分析为商业地产运作的系统化、科学化、规范化提供重要的方法,以期为政府相关决策机构和商业地产的从业人员的投资决策提供方法和一种可行的思路。
Contrast method of the post-evaluation of project is extensive applicated , it is a basic of count for many methods. This paper discusses the concept of the contrast method at the post-evaluation of commercial real estate project.the paper makes empirical analysis ,which offers important method for systematism, scientific and standardization of the commercial real estate operation.we hope offer method and viable way of thinking for investment decision of related policy-making agency of government and the employee of the commercial real estate.
