摘要
以流行性出血热灭活疫苗原苗或稀释苗免疫地鼠,首针免疫后4周用野鼠型病毒A537株或家鼠型病毒L99株攻击,攻击后第7天取肺和脾以IFA检查EHF病毒抗原。所检测的3批疫苗均具有较好的保护效果,并有一定的规律性。表明该动物敏感,可作为流行性出血热疫苗效力试验的动物模型。
Golden hamsters were vaccinated with undiluted or diluted inactivated epi demic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) vaccine and challenged with A537 or L99 virus strain 4 weeks after the first dose was given. The EHF virus antigens in murine lung and spleen were detect ed by IFA at the 7th day after challenging. All the 3 lots of vaccine detected by this method showed good protective efficacy with certain extent of regularity. It was shown that hamster was sensitive and might be used as an animal model of efficacy test for EHF vaccine.
