视频磁光盘机中光电倍增前置放大器的设计

Pre-amplifier Design with Photoelectrical Multiplier in Magneto-optical Videodisk Set

本文提出了将APD光电转换器件运用于视频磁光盘机光电转换中,用数学方法导出了APD前置放大器信噪比表达式,理论公式指出了提高信噪比的途径,从而确定了选择器件的条件。文章对APD光电信号前置放大器的重要参数,等效输入噪声E_(ni)的测量进行了分祈,最后给出了前置放大器的实验结果。

This paper presents the application of APD photoelectrical transformation components to the photoelectrical transformation of the magneto-optical videodisk set. The formula of signal to noise ratio of pre-amplifier has been derived, mathematics. This formula points out the path to improve S/N ratio, thus determines the prerequisites for selecting the components, The paper has analysed the parameters of pre-amplfier of APD phntoelectric signal and the measurement of the equivalent input noise Eni, finally it provids the experiment result for the pre-amplifier.
