Fulfilment of Labourers'Position as Masters in Socialism Market Economy

从计划经济体制转变为市场经济体制，劳动者主人翁地位的实现形式也必然发生变化。这主要表现为：要坚持劳动者主人翁地位和实现劳动者经济人人格独立化相结合；必须使劳动者具有公有资产的责、权、利，把劳动者塑造为公有资产责任主体。

Abstract With the transition from the planned economic system to the market economic system, fulfilment of labourers'position as masters will surely change in form, This is revealed in that keeping labourers as masters and accomplishing labourers'independence as economic men should be combined;and that labourers should be provided with responsibilities, rights and profits of public property and be made as the subject economic men of it.
