肌肉麻痹性驱虫药治疗蛲虫病疗效评价指标初探

THE INVESTIGATION OF THE CURATIVE EFFECT INDICATOR ABOUT TREATMENT ENTEROBIASIS USING THE MUSCLE BENUMB DRUG

目的:初步探索肌肉麻痹性驱虫药驱治蛲虫疗效指标。方法:对41名3～6岁肛周拭纸法确诊为蛲虫病患儿,给予一个疗程左旋咪唑(2mg/kg,连服7d)驱虫.于疗程内及疗程结束后2d,每日进行蛲虫卵及粪便成虫检查。结果:41例观察对象治疗前蛲虫卵检查全为阳性,平均密度>1000个/20视野,粪检成虫阴性;随疗程进展,蛲虫卵密度逐渐下降,并阴转,但疗程结束后仍有18.18％的病例蛲虫卵检查未转阴;粪便成虫阳性间期较短,仅于疗程第4～7d 可查获,且随疗程进展,其密度下降不如虫卵指标明显。结论:采用肌肉麻痹性驱虫药驱治蛲虫,以肛周拭纸法检查蛲虫卵密度变化作为疗效评价指标简便、易行、实用。

Objective： To investigate tentatively the curative effect indicator about treatment of Enterobiasis using musele benumbed drug, Methods： 41 Enterobiasis children of 3-6 ages diagnosed by the paper method of wiping anus area are treated by Levamisole Hydrochloride for 1 treatment eourse （2mg/Kg, for 7d）; Detect the Enterobis vermicularis Linnaeus eggs and adults by the method of wiping anus area and detection dung every day during and after treatment course. Results： Before treatment, the density of Enterobis vermicularis Linnaeus eggs are positive （ the density 〉 1000eggs / 20views ） in all of 11 cases, the adults are negative; The density of Enterobis vermicularis Linnaeus eggs is descending and the negative rate is ascending gradually with nearing the end of treatment eourse, but the positive rate of Enterobis vermieularis Linnaeus eggs is still 18.18% at the end of treatment course; The region of Enterobis vermicularis Linnaeus adults found in dung is short （ only during 4 - 7d of treatment course） and it is not so clear as the change of eggs density that the density of Enterobis vermicularis Linnaeus adults descend. Conclusion： The eurative effeet indicator of Enterobis vermicularis Linnaeus eggs density attained by the paper method of wiping anus area is practical, easy and quick.
