摘要
虽然不同的快速成型软件系统都有自己的开发思路及具体算法,但有很多共同点。本文简单介绍了国内外的一些已有的快速成型软件系统,主要介绍了基于CAD模型的快速成型软件系统的数据处理流程以及主要模块的功能,讨论了数据处理软件中所采用的数据格式及影响快速成型制造的精度问题,并分析了成型零件的几何失真。
Different software systems of RP have their developed idea and specific algorithm,but there are some common things.This paper shortly lists some software systems of RP at home and abroad,introduces flow chart of data processing and main modules function of a CAD model driven by RP software,discusses data formats used by data processing software and the precision influencing RP manufacture,and analyzes geometry distortion of a part manufactured by RP.
