摘要 用电沉积的方法,在NiSO4及FeSO4电解质体系中成功制得了铁的质量分数为23.2%~63%,厚度为23~43μm的FeNi纳米晶合金箔。镀层光亮平滑,内应力小,有优良的韧性和耐腐蚀性。镀层中铁含量厦电流效率随着电流密度、pH、温度的变化而变化。电流密度、溶液温度和pH影响合金箔的沉积速度和硬度;合金箔中的Fe含量影响合全箔的耐腐蚀性。应用X-射线衍射来测量晶格常数和晶粒粒径的大小,用扫描电镜观测镀层的表面形貌。硬度为16.8~19.5HR30T。抗拉强度和延伸率分别为779.66MPa和1%,电阻率为29.56~62.99(μΩ·cm)。 Fe-Ni nano crystalline alloy foils with 23. 2%-63% Fe and thickness of 23-43 μm were successfully obtained by means of electrodeposition from chloride sulphate electrolyte system. The deposits are bright and smooth with low residual stress and super toughness and corro sion resistance. The Fe content of the deposits and current efficiency are changed with the varia tion of current density, pH value and temperature. The current density, temperature and pH val ue affect the deposition rate and hardness of the alloy foils. The Fe content of the alloy foil affect its corrosion resistance. X-ray diffraction analysis was applied for measuring the lattice parameter and grain size. The surface morphology obtained by using SEM is smooth and bright. Hardness of the deposits is 16.8-19.5 HR30T. Tensile strength and elongation of the deposits are 779.66 MPa and 1% respectively, and the resistivity is 29.56-62.99μΩ·cm.
