摘要
对铃兰体细胞染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析,结果表明:铃兰的染色体数目为2n=38;核型公式为2n=2X=38=24m+6sm+4st+4st(SAT),染色体相对长度组成为2n=38=4L+8M2+14M1+12S,属于“3B”型。核型不对称系数为64.31%。
AStudies on the karyotye of Convallaria keiadei Miq.
