摘要
介绍了提高单螺杆压缩机环面蜗杆啮合精度的途径,研制了传动链短、传动精度高的数控专用加工机床,用端面铣刀按滚切法加工星轮,啮合副齿形无理论误差,提高了啮合精度,延长了使用寿命。
The method of raising the meshing accuracy single screw compressor tomid worm is introduce. Numerical control specical machine of short drive chain and high driving accuracy is developed. Star gear is processed by the surface-milllng cutter with meshing tooth form to guarantee no theoretical error. The meshing accuracy is raised and service life of the star gear is extended.
