摘要
介绍了专科护士培养及认定制度的实施,结合我国护理工作的发展现状及手术室护理专业特性,就手术室专科护士培训的课程设置、计划实施、考核认定标准及专科护士职能提出了大胆的设想。
It introduced actualizing of training and authentication system for specialized nut.s. Combined the development status quo of nursing work and the peculiarity of nursing care in operating room in China, it put forward some bold tentative ideas about course arrangement, plan actualizing, criteria of examination and certification, and the functions of specialized nurses.
