船舶空调装置蒸发器结霜原因分析及故障排除

文章针对某轮空调装置蒸发器结霜的故障现象,结合该轮制冷系统特点和温度控制原理,分析了两种不同故障产生的原因,找出了相应的排除方法。希望对今后船舶空调装置的运行管理能有一定的借鉴作用。

This paper introduces the different causes for two kinds of frost trouble of an air-conditioning evaporator on board. According to refrigerating system characters and temperature control principle, the methods for trouble-shooting have been found, which are expected to be helpful.
