摘要
本文研究了常用钢经NOPO、NOEO工艺处理后的抗孔蚀特性和机理。盐雾试验、电极电位、阳极极化曲线、环状阳极极化曲线测定及分析结果表明:NOPO、NOEO处理试样出现孔蚀的时间在70~80小时以上,与此相应,击穿电位φb很高,达1000~2000mV,大大超过1Cr18 Ni9Ti钢,φb-φp(保护电位)差值很小,为80~150mV,因而具有优良的抗孔蚀性能。
This paper deals with the behaviors and mechanics of pitting corrosion resistance of some commercial steels after NOPO and NOEO Treatment. The results of salt spray tests, measurements of electropotentials, anodic polarization and ring shaped anodic polarization curves, and SEM observation showed that pitting corrosion occurred after about 70-80 hours' test, and the samples had high break down potentials (φδ) of l000-2000mV, much higher than that of 1Cr-18Ni9Ti, and low potential variation (φb-φp) of 80-150mV. Thus, the samples treated had high pitting corrosion resistance.
