Study on manufacturing PES staple fibers

亚琛纺织技术研究所(ITA)对聚酯短纤维加工性能进行了研究,分析了纤维材料的机械、光学、化学及物理性能,对整个纺纱过程中纤维的运行状态进行了测试,旨在与机械制造厂和纺织厂一起共同确定聚酯短纤维的最佳加工性能。

The research project and partner of Institute for Textile Technology, Aachen,Germany, for manufacturing PES staple fibers, are reported. The mechanical, optical, chemical and physical properties of PES staple fibers are analyzed. The operating states of the fibers in spinning are tested. The optimized manufacturing performaces of the fibers are determined.
