摘要 本文就Cu-25.71Zn-4.18Al合金在约束训练条件下的双程记忆性能和机理作了一些研究。结果表明:对Cu-Zn-Al合金采用拘束训练后可获得较好的双程记忆性能,双程恢复角可达70°,训练后的合金做成的元件在80℃作长时间停留双程记忆,性能稳定,热循环疲劳寿命到达15500次。拘束训练所获得的双程记忆主要与残余菱形马氏体组织有关。 The properties and mechanism of two-way shape memory effect in Cu-25.71 Zn-4.18Al alloy under constrained training have been discussed in this paper. Following conclusions are made : 1 ) CuZnAl alloy can get good two-way shape memory effect after constrained training, its restoring angle is 70 degree ;2 ) the thermal fatigue life of CuZnAl alloy element after training can reach 15500 times, and its two-way shape memory properties are stable after long time aging of 80 centigrade degree; 3 ) the mechanism of two-way shape memory effect under constrained training is mainly related to retained rhombic marten-site.
