描述了用于造纸机环状丝网的生产工艺。机织环状丝网是将水分从纤维素材料滤出的传送带,由宽幅机织物切割成所需要的尺寸。采用多种测试技术测试了不同生产阶段时机织丝网的性能。
Manafacture or endless woven wire cloth used in paper production is described. The endless wires are highly engineered textile belts cut to size from over-wide woven cloth. The multiple testing technologies, used for tesling the properties of the wire at any stages of production, are discussed.
