摘要 目的探讨哮喘病人支气管舒张反应曲线的特点。方法应用福莫特罗进行支气管舒张试验,多时间点观测34例哮喘病人和14例健康人肺通气功能随时间的变化。结果哮喘病人,各项指标在15 min3、0 min、60 min、120 min、240 min的测量值较基础值增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在相同时间点哮喘患者各项肺通气功能指标的测量值较正常对照下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘患者支气管舒张反应曲线有逐渐上升的变化趋势,正常对照支气管舒张反应曲线成波浪型变化。哮喘病人各项肺通气功能指标中,FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、FEF25、FEF25/75随时间点变化的拟合二次曲线模型方程有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常对照组的拟合二次曲线模型方程,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论哮喘病人支气管舒张反应曲线有一定的特点,并且气道扩张存在一定的规律。 Objective To investigate the feature of bronchodilation response curve in patients with asthma.Methods 34 Patients with asthma and 14 health controls were given the bronchodilator tests through inhaling formoterol. The development of pulmonary ventilation function were observed at different time points before and after inhaling formoterol.Results In patients with asthma,the measured values of the lung function parameters were higher than baseline at 15 minutes,30 minutes,60 minutes, 120 minutes and 240 minutes. There were statistical significant differences between them( P 〈 0.05). The measured values in patients with asthma were lower than in health controls at the same time point (P 〈 0.05) . The bronchodilation response curve had ascendant tendency in patients with asthma,and the curve in health controls looked like wave. The fitting quadr-curves equations can be established in FEVI, FEVI/FVC, PEF, FEF25 and FEF25/75 when they changed with time in patients with asthma( P 〈 0.05),but in health controls the fitting quadr-curves equations can not be found(P 〉 0.05) .Conclusion Our results sugget that there are some characteristics in the bronchodilution response curve and some rules during airways dilating in patients with asthma.
