文学与批评的“地方性知识”如何走出“一城一地?”中国特区文学作为中国当代文学的一种新现象,有可能通过“文化离散”的思路奠立一个有效的阐释基础。它的“移民性”在时间维度上可联接现代文学的离乡、反叛家族等主题,而在空间维度上则可延伸到国际移民的后现代文化生态。移民命运是不同种族、文化、社会和阶层等权力关系跨国、跨地区复制、投射的结果。当代移民问题总体上是资本全球运作的缩影,当此时空,移民文学有可能发展出一种新的富有历史容量的审美方式。

How can ＂the local knowledge＂ of literature and criticism go beyond its geographical confines？ As a new phenomenon of contemporary Chinese literature, the special zones＇ literature may provide an effective basis of interpretation along the lines of the diaspora. From the temporal perspectives, the treatment of immigration may be associated with themes of home departures and rebellions in modern literature. From the spatial perspectives, it may also be extended to the post-modern mode of living in the international immigration. Generally speaking, contemporary immigration epitomizes the operations of global capital. At present, it is possible for the immigrant literature to assume a new historical and esthetic dimension.
