家种白花蛇舌草中有机氯农药残留量测定

Determination of Organochlorine Pesticide Residue in Home-planted Hedyotis diffusa Willd.

目的:检测家种白花蛇舌草中六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)的残留量。方法:采用2000年版《中国药典》方法进行检测。结果:样品中的农药残留量均在药典规定的限定范围之内。最低检测浓度为10～100pg/mL,精密度RSD为0.72%～1.63%,加样回收率为87.46%～103.33%。结论:药典中有机氯农药残留量的限量标准对家种白花蛇舌草同样适用。

Objective： To determine the pesticide hexachlorocyclohexane（BHC）, dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane（DDT） and pentachloronitrobenzene （PCNB） contents in home-planted Hedyotis diffusa Willd. Methods： The contents of BHC, DDT and PCNB in home-planted Hedyotis diffusa Willd. were determined according to the method given in the addenda ⅨQ of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2000）. Results： Statistical results showed that the contents of total BHC, total DDT and PCNB in most samples were under the prescriptive standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2000）.The minimum detection concentration was 10 -100 pg/mL. The accuracy was 0.72%-1.63%, and the recovery rate was 87.46% -103.33%. Conclusion： The relate limited standards of pesticide residues in Chinese Pharmacopoeia is reasonable and safe and also suitable for the fact of the home- planted Hedyotis diffusa Willd..
