Harmonization between Human Beings and Nature:The Foundation of Harmonious Society

人与自然和谐是构建和谐社会的基础,这是由生态规律与生态经济规律所决定的。人类不能违背自然规律,但可以通过制度创新,约束人类经济行为选择方式,使经济增长的规模与速度同生态系统的供给能力相适应。通过技术创新,改善生态系统的结构与功能,提高生态系统的供给能力。人类合理经济行为是实现人与自然和谐发展的关键。

Harmonization between human beings and nature is the foundation of forming a harmonious society and this is decided by the law of eco-economics. Human beings cannot violate the law of nature; however, they can innovate the institution to restrain their economic choice so as to let the scale and speed of economic development be in harmony with the supply ability of ecologic system. We can raise the supply ability of ecologic system by technological innovation and by improving the structure and the function of ecologic system. The rational economic conduct of human beings is the key to realizing the harmonious society,
