国有企业改革制度性条件的超边际分析

The Inframarginal Analysis on Institutional Condition of State-owned Enterprise Reform

针对我国国有企业在企业治理结构、产权制度改革等方面存在的问题,通过对国有企业改革制度性条件运用超边际分析的方法,提出国有企业改革应该根据国有企业的不同性质、企业剩余收益权和控制权与政府及经营者的关系,采取相应的改革战略。在实行治理结构创新的同时,对财产权制度进行改革,以提供一个良好的制度环境。

The article is aimed at the existing problems about the structure of corporate governance and the property-right system reform of the state-owned enterprises and uses inframarginal analysis on the institutional condition of state-owned enterprise reform. It proposes that the state-owned enterprise reform should be based on different characters of the enterprises, and the relationship between the right of residual proceeds and control and between the government and the administer, and then take the corresponding reforming strategy. Property-right system must be reformed to found a good environment when innovation of the structure of corporate governance is carried out.
