On the Construction of Student-centered School Culture

对学校教育进行文化价值分析,提出以学生为中心的学校文化建设命题,探讨有关理论与实际问题,分析学校文化的缺失,呼唤学校教育的文化回归,增进学校教育的文化自觉,以完善学校教育的文化功能。

This paper describes the school education by the means of cultural analysis. The main idea is about the construction of student-centered school culture which includes some academic and practical problems, in order to promote the function of school culture. The paper analyses the loss of school culture and calls the cultural returning of school education to improve the consciousness of school culture.
