氯沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)受体拮抗剂-氯沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果及耐受性。方法将102例NYHA心功能分级为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的CHF患者随机分为A、B两组,A组52例给予氯沙坦治疗,B组50例给予卡托普利治疗,根据治疗后1年对两组临床效果,心功能改善情况进行评定。结果治疗结束后,两组患者的心功能心脏超声指标及X线心胸比率均较治疗前明显改善(P<0．01),但两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0．05)。两组疗效比较差异亦无显著性(P>0．05)。结论氯沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭效果好,且具有良好的耐受性及安全性。
