胃痞消对慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚证大鼠胃黏膜上皮细胞增殖及调控蛋白CyclinE影响的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨健脾化瘀解毒复方胃痞消阻断和逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变的分子机制。方法:采用致癌化学物MNNG配合饥饱失常、耗气泻下法建立CAG脾虚模型。采用免疫组化法检测胃黏膜上皮细胞PCNA及CyclinE表达阳性细胞数。结果:模型对照组胃黏膜细胞增殖阳性数及CyclinE的表达均较正常组明显增加(P<0.01);胃痞消预防组及高、中、低剂量治疗组较模型对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:健脾化瘀解毒复方胃痞消防治CAG的作用机理与其通过下调胃黏膜上皮细胞增殖调控蛋白CyclinE的表达,从而下调异常的黏膜细胞增殖有关。
