摘要 目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法将72例TIA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组采用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,治疗组采用复方丹参治疗,观察临床疗效和药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率97%,对照组总有效率86%,经统计学处理有极显著性差异(P<0.01);24 h TIA发作控制率72%,明显优于对照组(53%)(P<0.01);治疗期间治疗组发生脑梗死1例(3%),对照组为5例(14%);无明显不良反应。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗TIA行之有效,安全系数高,值得临床进一步研究及推广。 Objective It is to discuss the clinical curative effect of Cinepazide Maleate on transient isehemia attack (TIA). Methods 72 TIA patients were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 eases), The treatment group was treated with Cinepazide Maleate. The control group was treated with compound Danshen. The clinical curative effect and drug untoward reaction were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 97 % and that in control group was 86 %. The difference was highly significant (P 〈 0.01). The 24 h TIA control rate of treatment group was 72% and obviously excelled that in control group (53%) (P〈0.01). During the therapy, there was one case (3%) in treatment group and five eases (14 % ) in control group who occurred with cerebral infarction. There was no obvious untoward reaction, Conclusion TIA treated with Cinepazide Maleate is efficiency and safe and should be extensive used.
