摘要
电除尘器的工作过程中电晕放电以及尘粒荷电和收集均与电场有关,如能对其电场作深入分析和计算,无疑将对电除尘器设计的改进、结构优化和除尘效率的提高,具有理论指导和实用价值。本文分析了电晕场方程的性质,论证了方程解的存在和唯一;对电晕场方程的几种数值解法以一维情况为例,作了分析判断,提出较好的求解途径和边界条件的选用;用有限元法-差分法和模拟电荷法-差分法求解了二个实例,计算结果具有较好的精度。为求解复杂电极形状和负载情况下的分析计算,积累了计算经验,对进一步探索和研究具有一定的参考价值。
As the corona discharge and the charging and collecting of dust partciles have much to do with the electric field distribution in precipetators, a detailed analysis and computation of the latter to improve their design and construction, and to increase the efficiency is of theoretical and practieal value. The paper is devoted to the analysis of the corona field equations, the existence and the uniqueness of their solutions. A numerical method of solution and the proper choice of boundary conditions are recommended by the algorithms for solving 1-dimensional problems as an example studiesoof two practical examples involving the use of F.E.M.-F.D.M.and the charger simulation method are presented with the satisfied results. It can serve as a useful reference for the further analysis of more complicated eletrodes under load conditions.
