摘要
为验证通络生骨胶囊促进骨折愈合的作用。选用新西兰大白兔120只,随机分为通络生骨胶囊高、中、低剂量组,伤科接骨片组和模型对照组。每组24只。造模后药物灌胃,分别于1、2、3、4周取标本摄片及制作骨折断端的病理切片。结果显示,通络生骨胶囊可促进骨折断端血肿机化,软骨细胞增生明显,软骨骨痂出现早,骨化提前,早期形成大量新的小梁骨(编织骨),骨折局部密度增高,断端塑形改造良好,骨髓腔再通时间短。表明通络生骨胶囊可以缩短骨折愈合过程和提高骨折愈合质量。
In order to verify the stimulative effect of “TONGLUO SHENGGU JIAONANG” (TSJ, Capsules for removing obstruction in the channels and promoting bone regeneration) on fracture healing, 120 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=24 each): the first three treated by high, middle and low doses of TSJ and the last two taken as the “SHANGKE JIEGU PIAN”-treated and the modelled control; the drugs were given through the stomach after the modelling; the sample x-rays were taken; and the pathological sections of the fragments were made one, two, three and four weeks later, respectively. The results showed significant stimulation of hematoma organization and chondrocytes proliferation in the fractured site, early appearance of chondral callus, ossification moving up, formation of vast new trabecular bone or woven bone, BMD increase in the fractured site, good remodeling of the fragments and short time for the re-unobstruction of the bone marrow in the first three groups, suggesting that TSJ functions to shorten the fracture healing process and improve the fracture healing quality.
