摘要 基于民族地区乡镇中学校本教研的现实需要,提出以区域内的校际合作为形式的校本教研,即在专家的指导下,以区域内的校际合作为基础,以课题的合作研究为平台,以课例为研究对象,以校际间的课例展示和“骨干教师”的资源共享为手段,进行数学校本教研。实践表明,这种校本教研形式对乡镇中学数学校本教研的持续和有效的开展起到了有力的推动作用。 For the realistic needs of school - based teaching and research of middle schools in towns in minority areas, school- based teaching and research in the region based on interschool cooperation is put forward,namely,with the instructions of experts, on the basis of interschool cooperation in the region, research cooperation of tasks as the platform, as well as class cases as objects. Meanwhile, classease among schools and resource share of “backbone teacher” are adopted as a means to do research on school- based teaching and research on mathematics. Through practice, it indicates that it has a great effect on the improvement and development of school - based teaching and research in towns.
