摘要 利用表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-enhanced Ram an scattering,SERS)研究了活性艳兰X-BR在银镜表面的吸附状态及其浓度变化对表面增强拉曼散射效应的影响,并探讨了活性艳兰X-BR在银镜表面的吸附作用特点和规律。实验结果表明,活性艳兰X-BR染料在银镜表面有明显的拉曼信号,表明该化合物能够吸附在银表面,获得了良好的增强效果,而且SERS强度随活性艳兰X-BR浓度的变化而改变。 The adsorption state and the characteristics of reactive blue X-BR (X-BR) absorbed on the silver mirror were studied using the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) method. Strong Raman signal emitting from X-BR on the silver mirror was detected indicating that the X-BR was adsorbed on the silver mirror. Experimental results also showed that the intensities of surface-enhanced Raman scattering varied with the concentrations of X-BR.
