摘要
采用挥发油萃取器蒸馏法提取山腊梅(Chimonanthus nitens)叶的挥发油性成分,经毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析,鉴定了其中的72个挥发性化合物。其挥发性组分主要是烯烃类、醇类物质,其相对含量分别是42.43%和39.60%。该法获得的相对含量最高的是脱氢香橙烯(7.97%),其次是(-)-匙叶桉油烯醇(7.25%),α-杜松醇(7.08%),(+)-匙叶桉油烯醇(6.19%),其它含量较高的成分依次是:△-杜松烯(4.80%),E-环氧金合欢烯(4.36%),石竹烯(4.06%),杉木醇(3.75%),十六烷酸(3.66%),(-)-氧化石竹烯(3.37%)。
The essential oil of Chimonanthus nitens was extracted by the volatile oil extractor, and analyzed by capillary gas chromatograph - mass spectrometry. Seventy two volatile components were identified and their relative contents were determined. It was found that the main volatile components were of alkenes(42.43% ) and alcohols(39.60% ), in which the predominant compounds were dehydroaromadendrene ( 7.97% ), ( - ) -Spathulenol ( 7. 25% ), alpha-Cadinol ( 7.08% ), ( + ) -Spathulenol (6. 19% ), delta-Cadinene(4. 80% ), E-Farnesene Muurolol (3.75%), n-Hexadeeanoic acid (3.66%) epoxide (4.36%), Caryophyllene (4. 06% ), Tau , and ( - )-Caryophyllene oxide(3.37% ).
