摘要 提出了简单和快速地同时溶解及测定铅锡银合金中铅锡银的新方法。合金样品经5mL浓硝酸、5mL过氧化氢和I mL氢氟酸溶解后,加入5%硼酸掩蔽过量的氟离子。用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)同时测定溶液中的铅、锡和银。加标回收率为98%-102%,RSD为2.1%~5.7%. A new method for the simultaneous dissolution and determination of Lead, Tin and Silver in Tin - Lead solder alloy was reported. The sample was dissolved with 5 mL nitric acid, 5 mL hydrogen peroxide and lmL hydrofluoric acid, followed by the addition of 10 mL 5% boric acid to mask the excess fluorie ion. Lead, Tin and Silver were then simultaneously determined by ICP - AES. The recoveries of the elements were in the range of 98% -102% , and the RSD 2.1% -5.7%.
