摘要
目的探讨不同部位的长干骨骨折使用带锁髓内针手术方法的异同及疗效。方法通过对110例各种不同部位长干骨骨折使用带锁髓内针手术的总结和研究,摸索各种髓内针手术操作上相同点和不同之处,并总结其疗效。结果110例仅有5例功能恢复不满意。结论各种带锁髓内针有其相同之处—即均为髓内固定;但具体操作上又有其各自的特点,且疗效显著,使用时可触类旁同,值得比较。
Objective To explore the difference of operational method in treating long diaphysis fracture by intramedullary nail with lock and its therapeutic effect. Method 110 cases of LDF of different parts were treated by INL method. By summarizing and researching, similarities differences and therapeutic effects were obtained. Result Only 5 cases out of 110 did not recover satisfactorily. Conclusion The similarity of different INL- - - internal fixation, was obtained In clinical practice,each has its own specialty with marked effects In application we can comprehend by analgy and decide the method after careful comparison .
