摘要
目的建立雷公藤甲素脂质体中雷公藤甲素的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱μ-Bondapak C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测波长:219nm;流动相:甲醇-水-异丙醇(4:3:1);流速:1.0mL/min:柱温:30℃。结果雷公藤甲素与制剂中的辅料达到良好分离,雷公藤甲素在0.8—3.2μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.65%,RSD为0.42%。结论此方法灵敏、准确、重现性好。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of thyroxin in liposome of Tripterygium Wilfordii.Methods Chromatographic column ? -Bondapak C 18 (250mm * 4.6mm, 5? m); wavelength- testing: 219nm; mobilephase: methylaleohol - water - isopropanol (4: 3: 1 ) ; flow rate: 1.0ml/min; column temperature: 30℃. Results Thyroxin of tripterygium wilfordii and auxiliary ingredients in the phan'naceutics separate satisfactorily. Thyroxin of tripterygium wilfordii has satisfactory linear relation with peak area between 0.8 - 3.2? g ( r = 0. 9998 ) ; The average rate of recovery is 97.65%, RSD = 0.42%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate with good reproduction.
