摘要
运用数值模拟方法分析金属板材成形,得到在不同压边力作用下的应变曲线图和有限元网格变形图。模拟分析结果与生产实践基本吻合,从而为快速有效地确定压边力对板材成形极限与表面质量的影响,验证模具设计的精确性,降低模具设计成本和缩短模具设计周期提供了一种可实施的手段。
In this paper, sheet metal forming is analyzed by using numerical simulation method, which provides strain graph and finite element mesh deforming figures at different blank - holder forces, The results of sheet metal forming simulation analysis are accordant with practice. Numerical simulation method of sheet metal forming provides practicable ways for rapidly and effectively obtaining blank - holder force that affects forming limit and surface quality, validating accuracy of mould design, lowering mould design cost and shortening design cycle.
