介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)S7-200和文本显示器TD200在筛板冲孔加工中的应用。该系统降低了劳动强度,操作简单方便。通过TD200组态以及PLC控制程序对冲床进料系统进行控制,构成一个高效的经济型数控机电一体化装置。
This article introduces the use of PLC and TD200 in the sifter board making. The system lessens labor intensity and makes the operation simple. Using TD200 and PLC to control feeding system of punch makes up a digital control mechanical and electronic device, which is efficient and economic.
