目的探讨ISO 9001质量管理体系在医院综合管理中所产生的效果。方法体系建立、运行及效果评价。结果ISO 9001质量管理体系能够为医院提供科学合理的管理模式。结论根据多年医院管理工作的实践,提出医院管理中应用ISO9001的重要性及实施方法和应当注意的问题。

Objective To discuss the effect of ISO 9001 quality management system in all-around management at the hospital. Methods To establish and circulate the system,and to evaluate the results. Results The ISO 9001 quality management system can provide the reasonable and scientific management mode for the hospital. Conclusion According to the experiences for many years, the importance,implementing method and the problems are put forword in application of ISO 9001 in the hospital＇s management.
