摘要
探索ISO 9001质量管理体系导入医院信息管理的作用。建立一套质量管理体系:以顾客为关注焦点、持续改进、环节质量控制的体系文件。实施结果是医院提高了医疗安全,医疗服务更为有效,最终提高了病人对医院的满意度,提高了医院的竞争力。
To evaluate the application of ISO 9001 standard to hospital information system management. To establish the quality management system,which consists of regarding customer as the focus, continual improvement, documentation of the quality system and process control. The benefit is that the hospital increase the safety in medical treatment and medical service is more effective. The level of the patients' satisfaction to hospital and ability of competition have been heightened.
