摘要
目的实现医院护理服务质量管理的科学化、健全化、系统化、合理化。方法根据ISO 9000标准,对照医院实际情况,进一步建立健全护理服务质量体系文件;通过实施、保持和完善体系文件,使影响护理服务质量的所有因素和过程始终处于受控状态。结果应用ISO 9000标准,能促使护理服务质量管理更加规范化和标准化。结论通过过程管理和持续改进,减少了护理缺陷,提高了护理人员的管理水平,赢得了病人的信任,为医院带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To achieve scientific, perfect, systematic and reasonable nursing care quality management. Methods In accordance with the standard of ISO 9000 and combining the hospital condition, the file system of nursing care were constructed and completed. All factors and process influenced nursing care quality were controlled by means of implement, maintenance and completion systematic files. Results Application of the standard of ISO 9000 promoted nursing care quality management and made the management further normalized and standardized. Conclusion Process management and sustained improvement have reduced nursing defect,lmproved nursing care management and won the patient＇s credence, resulted in welleconomic benefit and social effect.
