干燥路面上轿车轮胎侧偏特性试验 被引量:6

摘要 应用平台式轮胎力学特性试验机,研究了规格和胎体与胎面材料相同但胎面花纹形式不同的3条子午线轿车轮胎在模拟干燥路面上的侧偏特性,即侧向力特性和回正力矩特性.分析了胎面花纹、轮胎负荷和轮胎气压等因素对轮胎侧偏特性的影响.结果表明,在法向负荷0~7kN,侧偏角0~15°,平台速度0~0.15m/s,气压0.20~0.30MPa的试验条件下,胎面刻花轮胎的侧偏特性优于纵沟花纹轮胎,其中顺向花纹轮胎的侧偏特性最佳. A bench type test rig for tire static mechanics was used to study the cornering properties of a tire on dry pavements, which are mainly referred to the relationships between lateral force and aligning moment and slip angle. The test uses, three pieces of radial tires with the same size, the same tread compounds and the tire bulk materials but different tread patterns, which are named the smooth surface tire, the single-way chute tire and the adverse grooved tire, respectively. The effects of tread patterns, tire vertical load and tire inflation pressure on tire lateral properties were studied. The results show that, under the given operating conditions of normal load Fz=0-7 kN, lateral angle a=0-15°, moving speed of platform υ=0-0.15 m/s, tire inflation pressure p=0.20-0.30 MPa, a tire with patterned tread surface has better cornering performances than that with smooth tread surface, and the tire with single-way chute tread patterns performs the best.
