摘要
面对以患者、竞争、变化为特征的现代医院运行环境,医院必须由传统的职能型组织结构转型为流程型组织结构。文章分析了医院传统职能型组织结构存在的不足,对构建医院流程型组织提出了如下建议:确定医院核心流程;进行医院业务流程优化;建立流程团队;完善考评体系。
Patient, competition and change are characteristic of the modern hospital manage environment, the hospital must be made the transition from traditional Processed-oriented Organization to Processed-oriented Organiza- tion,This article analyses the problems of the present Function-organization of hosp{tals,With regard to the building up of Processed-oriented Organization in hospitals, the following proposals are put forward: ascertain the core business process; implement business process optimization; set up the Process-Team; perfect the framework of examination and estimate.
