摘要
目的探讨大型民营医院药房管理理念、管理模式、管理手段。方法总结企业化管理商业化运作等管理经验。结果与结论大型民营医院药房管理尚处在探索阶段,其管理应与体制相适应、不同于国营医院药房管理。
Objective To discuss Pharmacy managment thought model and measures in large nongovermental hospital. Methods To summarize pharmacy management experience such as management of enterprise, commercial operating model. Results and Conclustion The pharmacy management of large nongovermental hospital is in the period of exploration and it should be in conformity with mongovernmental system.Moreover it isn＇t different from the pharmacy management of pubilic hospital.
