本文应用统计优化方法,分析了在糖化和发酵工序中影响啤酒质量的十几个因子的作用,取得了显著的经济效益。
With the method of mathematical statistics, the effects of ten odd factors on the quality of beer in the process of saccharification and fermentation are analysed in the paper. So it brings in an enormous economic benefit.
