三峡移民基金组合模式探析

A Study on a Combinative Bond for the Immigrants Of the Three Gorges

目前三峡移民的安置资金主要来源于政府和三峡工程后期扶持基金。本文提出用创业投资基金和创业服务基金的组合来解决库区目前基金来源不足、风险大、单向流动等问题,从而使这一基金组合在解决三峡库区产业空心化问题发挥更大的功效。

The money used for settling the immigrants of Three Gorge was mainly given by the government and the later supporting bond from the income of three-gorge power station. This paper discusses a combined bond including both the invest bond and the serve bond to solve the existing problems like deficiency, risk etc. and exerting the availability of bond better in solving the lack of enterprises.
