胚胎因素对体外子宫内膜整合素β3的调节 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究胚胎加入前后体外子宫内膜上皮细胞整合素β3的变化。方法:用已建立的子宫内膜体外培养三维模型,RT-PCR半定量法和免疫印迹法测定胚胎加入前后子宫内膜上皮细胞整合索β3亚基的表达。结果:胚胎加入后整合素β3 mRNA的表达量(1.021±0.022)与对照组(0.434±0.154)相比,表达升高(P<0.05)。整合β3蛋白的表达量 (126.83±8.27)与对照组(69.90±6.16)相比,明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:胚胎可促进子宫内膜整合素β3的表达,在子宫内膜容受性形成中具有促进作用。 Objective:To study the effect of embryos on the regulation of integrin β3 in cultured mice endometrial cells with a three-dimensional model. Methods: The mice blastocysts on day 4 of pregnany were cultured on a three-dlmensional endometrium in vitro,the level of integrin β3 mRNA was measured with RT-PCR and prtein measured with inununo-blot method. Results:The level of in- tegrin β3 mRNA and protein expression was significantly increased by embryos ( 1. 021 ±0. 022 vs 0. 434 ±0. 154,126. 83 ±8.27 vs 69. 90±6. 16)(P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion:The blastocysts could up-regtdate integrin β3 whlch can induced the uterine receptivity.
