TLCS法测定复方黄连颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in compound huang lian granules by TLCS

目的 建立复方黄连颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量TLCS测定方法。方法 采用TLCS法。展开剂为正丁醇-冰乙酸-水（5：1：1），检测波长为345nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱在0．0912～0．2736μg性线范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9986，平均回收率为100．80％．RSD=3．53％（，，5），制剂中盐酸小檗碱含量应不低于15．0％。结论 该方法简单、结果准确、可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Aim To establish an TCLS method for determining berberine hydrochloride in compound Huang Lian granules. Methods nbutanol-acetic acid-water （5：1：1 ） was used as a developer, and detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was within 0. 0912 ～ 0. 2736μg,r=0. 9986, and the sample recovery was 100.80% , RSD=3.53% （n = 5）. The content of Berberine hydrochloride in sample was over 15.0%. Conclusion This method was simple, reliable and had good repeatability. It could be used for quality control of the production.
