目的提高肾移植中动脉血管变异的外科处理能力。方法根据具体情况,将供受者变异的血管进行修整、合并、重建等,使供肾安全、有效地移植给受者。结果46例供受者血管变异经处理后,肾功能正常。1年后随访无并发症。结论正确处理供受者变异血管,移植后可获得良好的效果。

Objective To improve the ability to handle surgical management of abnormal vascular format in renal transplantation. Methods The kidneys with abnormal blood vessels were transplanted after reconstruction using individualized designs in various cases. Results In the 46 donor - recipient pairs with abnormal blood vessels reconstructed before kidney trans- plantation, the renal function of the recipient returned to normat.
