摘要
我国民营企业经过20多年的艰苦创业和发展已经形成了一定的规模,但“家族制”管理方式的弊端日益明显,民营企业管理模式的转变具有迫切的要求和现实的可能,因此批判性借鉴国有企业的管理模式就成为了实现民营企业管理模式转变的一种有益的选择。
The private enterprise of our country has already formed the certain scale after more than 20 years of hard work and developmerit, but the shortcoming of the family system management has been day by day obvious.The transforation of management pattern in private enterprises had the urgent request and the reality possibility, therefore the critically learning the state - owned enterprise' s management pattern has became one kind of helpful choice which can carry out the transformation of marmgement pattern in private enterprises.
