对西北大学教育理念和发展思路的思考

Review on the Educational Notion and Development Thoughts

对高等院校的教育理念的内涵,从历史性、时代性、理性目标和特色四大方面进行分析和探讨,并进一步提出西北大学教育理念应包含:理想追求、历史积淀、综合性、西部特色及与时俱进等五大方面的内容;同时,为西北大学的发展从学科建设、人才培养、地域特色和学科末梢等四方面提出建议。

This paper analyzes the higher educational connotation of higher learning institutions from the view of point of history, era, rational objectives and the features. Further, it puts forward that the educational notion of Northwest University should include such contents as the following five aspects ： pursuing aspiration, historical sediment, comprehensiveness, the western characteristics and keeping pace with the times. At the same time, some analytical suggestions are given for Northwest University＇s development from such four aspects： scientific construction, talent training, regional characteristics and disciplinary ends.
