水稻生长锥离体发育过程的电镜扫描和同工酶初步分析

摘要 以水稻生长锥进行离体培养,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了生长锥分化叶原基过程中生长锥的形态变化,并分析了生长锥中苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的动态变化,对生长锥离体发育过程中同工酶变化与形态分化的关系进行了讨论。 Some morphological and Physiological changes of ric shoot apex cultured in vitro was investigated.Scanning electron microscope Studies showed the process of elongation of shoot apex and differentiation of leaf primordia. Leaf Primordia appeared on the 6th day of culture and expanded from 12th day toe 18th day Thereafter it began to develop into leavesDuring the process of shoot apex elongation and leaf primordia differen tion,metabolism in the shoot apex also changed Studies with MDH isozyme indicated that zymograms increased successively from the 6th day to the 18th day Relation between the morphological cal changes and the isozyme zymogram changes was discussed
