摘要 运用有限元方法,建立了电弧喷涂涂层横断面的二维有限元模型,模拟涂层逐层叠加的生成过程,对涂层进行了热和结构的耦合分析。在分析中同时考虑了热传导、热对流和热辐射对涂层和基体综合作用的影响,得出了在不同的基体预热温度下涂层的温度场,并找出了涂层的变形规律。 Using Finite Element Method. the two-dimensional finite element model of the transect of the coating produced by are spraying was estabished, and the process of coating which grew layer by layer was simulated, then the thermalstructural coupling analysis of the coating was carried out. In the analysis, the compositive effects of thermal conduction, thermal convection, and thermal radiation on both coating and substrate were all considered. In the result, the temperature field nephogram of the coating below different substrate temperatures were laid out, and then the deformation rule was found out.
